Introducing fcAnonymiser
fcAnonymiser is a FREE FirstClass RAD (FCAS) application that will allow you to install multiple instances of different Anonymous mail templates.
Requirements:
Windows NT/2000 server
FirstClass Server V8.3 or higher
FirstClass RAD FCAS V3.1 or higher
To install, download by clicking here -> 
Run the installer and follow instructions
The installer will create a folder on your Admin Desktop called fcAnonymiser. Inside this folder you will find the fcAnonymiser Installation Application.
Creating Anonymous Stationery
Launch to bring up the fcAnonymiser Install Form.
Complete the form
Form Field Descriptions
Anonymous Stationery Name: The name that the Application Stationery document will use.
From: Any name that you want to use as the message sender. (This should NOT be any FirstClass Directory name
To: The target location where you want the anonymous posting to be delivered. This must be a name of an individual or conference found in your FirstClass Directory. Choose either conference or Directory from the selection before entering the name. Enter a partial name and the application will do a directory lookup
BCc: (Optional): The target location where a copy of the posting will be delivered but this time identifying the originator of the message. Choose either conference or Directory from the selection before entering the name. Enter a partial name and the application will do a directory lookup
Click on Install and the Application Stationery document will be created in the fcAnonymiser folder.
Moving the Application Stationery Document
The stationery document can me moved to any location you choose.
Using the Application Stationery Document
Your users will now be able to launch the Application Stationery and compose their message.
When they have completed their message, they click on and the message will be delivered to the To: location, the BCc: location (if specified) and, if the user has indicated by clicking on the field, a copy to the sender.
There is no limit to the number of these Application Stationery documents that you may wish to create.
