Announcing fcAppointments

fcAppointments is a FirstClass RAD application that will allow you to install multiple instances of different appointment schedules.

This application is available for FCRAD 2.6 or FCAS 3.1 or Higher
FCRAD Requirement: FirstClass Windows Server 8.3 or Higher, RAD 2.6
FCAS Requirement: FCAS 3.1 or higher running on Windows, FirstClass Server 8.3 or Higher (Mac OS or Windows)

Shut down your FirstClass Server and run the fcAppointments setup.exe installer.
 The installer will create a folder on your Admin Desktop called fcAppointments. Inside this folder you will find complete documentation and the fcAppointments modules.
fcAppointments is a FirstClass RAD solution for creating an unlimited number of appointment booking calendars. These are not your traditional FirstClass calendars, but rather a scheduler that will permit multiple bookings in a particular time slot.
You can create two different types of schedules.
The Time Schedule, where the events are in time-defined slots
or the Period Schedule where the appointments are in blocks or periods.
Information requested for each Appointment Schedule is completely configurable by the administrator.

Records of the booked events are emailed directly to the person making the appointment and optionally, placed in the user's personal calendar.
Unlike the FirstClass Calendar, fcAppointments does not permit double-bookings unless you, as the administrator specifically configure the appointment calendar to accept them.
