Is the FileMaker file for those of you who have FileMaker Pro
What does it do?
An extract wizzard guides you through a series of Batch Admin extracts to build an offline searchable (and exportable) database of ALL the information that is contained on your users' UserInfo form.
Why would you want this application?
Have you ever clicked on one of the "set" Boxes on a user info form?
If so, how can you find the ones that you have set manually on a user info form versus those that have been assigned through group membership like this one?
What if you had an original Default daily connection limit of 60 minutes like I once had and then moved some individuals up manually to give them more time. Then, as the Internet took over (instead of Modem power), I changed the default to Unlimited? How would you find all of those manual entries to change them back to the new default.
There is no easy way to do this within FirstClass.
FcUserInfo Analyzer will build the database for you and then you can search on ANYTHING.
The solution has been built using FileMaker Pro Advanced v8 and is a Runtime Solution that does not require a FileMaker Pro license. The file is completely unprotected so those that have FileMaker Pro Advanced can pick away at it if they want.
