If you have already installed NewReg2 on a FirstClass Server, version 7.1 or lower and have upgraded to version 8 of the server and are getting an error like the one below indicating that the ODBC data source connection has failed you have to change the ODBC pointer to the new location. To change the pointer to the database, go to your FirstClass Server and open the Control Panels > Administrative Tools folder.  Inside there, you will find Open this application and click on the System DSN tab and locate and double-Click on the line that is "FCInfo2" This will bring up the ODBC Microsoft Access form.  You will note that the DSN is pointing to the database inside the \FCPO\FCRAD\Data folder.  This has to be changed. Click on the button and locate the FCInfoData2.mdb file inside your \FCNS\FCRAD\Data folder then click on OK Restart your FirstClass Server and everything should then work as before the upgrade.
