 The Tab Style Interface is one of the two new Interface Schemes that are available with the Home Page Construction Kit Version 3 (HCK-3).
The Tabs are evident in the top navigation strip. The current page tab's background .
Top Navigation Strip
Current Page
The Current page tab's background blends in with the page background so it appears as though the tab is at the front.
Other Pages
The other page tabs appear with a different background and text colour
Roll Over
As you roll your mouse over one of the other tabs, the background colour changes to signify that this is a link to another page.
Side Navigation Bar
The side navigation bar uses a roll over technique to change the text colour of a link. 
Headline bars separate sections 
and the background of the current page blends in with the background of the page .
