The Current page link background reverses the colour scheme

The other page tabs appear with a different background and text colour
Roll Over
As you roll your mouse over one of the other links, the background colour changes to signify that this is a link to another page.
Side Navigation Bar
 The side navigation bar uses a roll over technique to change the text colour of a link.  Headline bars separate sections 
and the background of the current page blends in with the background of the page with a side border .
