Task Manager is a FirstClass RAD application that can assist you in managing recurring tasks and assigning parts of those tasks to other individuals in your FirstClass community.

Task Manager will allow you to create up to 1024 Tasks, each with up to 1024 related events.  Think of a Task as being a major recurring assignment for which you are responsible.  This assignment may have one or more associated events that either you, or other individuals have specific related duties.  With Task Manager, you can create a Task and describe the overall assignment and then create a number of associated events with specific information for each event.  Each event can be assigned a Due Date and a Reminder Date along with one or more individuals who will be responsibile for completing the assignment described in the event.  The entire description of the task including notes are emailed daily to all Event Responsibility Contacts starting on the reminder date and continue until such time that the event has been closed and advanced to the next period. The Task Manager (creator) defines how often the event will reoccur.  When the individual has completed the task, they are prompted to advance the task to the next period.
